Hi, I’m Vanessa, a Sussex- and London-based photographer, born in Haywards Heath. For over 12 years, I’ve been creating fashion, beauty and lifestyle imagery that helps brands tell their stories.
After graduating with a combined degree in Journalism & News Media and Photography from Roehampton University, I honed my skills across studio shoots and direct client collaborations. I spent five years as Senior Photographer & Retoucher at The GelBottle Inc., where I helped shape the visual identity of their brands across e-commerce, campaigns and social media.
Since March 2025, I’ve been freelancing with fashion and beauty clients, including Townhouse, where I led photography and retouching for a premium campaign and worked closely with creative and art directors to craft the visual mood and direction.
My style is clean, polished and detail-focused, whether I’m shooting glossy product stills, directing models or capturing intricate beauty textures. I love being involved from concept through to the final retouch, ensuring every image feels elevated and intentional.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m experimenting with lighting setups, shooting film or planning my next creative project!
